Bronze : 

  • 200$

  • 10 photos retouchées 

  • Séance de 30 minutes

Il est possible d'ajouter des photos supplémentaires à un prix additionnel. ​

Des frais de déplacement de 0,50$ par km s'appliquent, si l'endroit est à plus de 50 km de Champlain, ON.

Une fois la séance terminée, la Photographe se devra de trier les photos de la séance.

Les photos seront remises dans un délai raisonnable suivant la réalisation de la prestation.
Celles-ci seront remises soit par plateforme web telle que Google Drive ou sur une clé USB remise par le/la Client(e) le jour de la prestation. Si la clé USB doit être postée à le/la Client(e), les frais de transport seront ajoutés au solde.


Le solde restant devra être payé avant d’obtenir les photos finales. Tant et aussi longtemps que le solde restant établi selon le nombre de photos retouchées n’est pas payé, la Photographe se garde le droit de ne
pas remettre les photos à le/la Client(e).

Aucune photo non retouchée sera distribuée sans le filigrane à l’effigie de la Photographe.

La Photographe s’engage à traiter les photographies dans les règles de l’art et à effectuer toutes les corrections nécessaires.
Une fois que les photos finales sont payées et remises, le/la Client(e) devient propriétaire de son image.
Les fichiers des photos réalisées lors de la prestation seront conservés par la Photographe qui en est propriétaire et titulaire du droit d’auteur conformément aux dispositions de la propriété intellectuelle. La Photographe peut donc les utiliser pour son portfolio et sur ses réseaux sociaux.

Travel fees of $0.50 per km apply, if the location is more than 50 km from Champlain, On.

Once the session is over, the Photographer will have to sort the photos of the session.

​

The photos will be submitted within a reasonable time following the completion of the service.
These will be delivered either by web platform such as Google Drive or on a USB key given by the Customer on the day of the service. If the USB key is to be mailed to the Customer, the shipping costs will be added to the balance.


The remaining balance must be paid before obtaining the final photos. As long as the remaining balance established according to the number of retouched photos is not paid, the Photographer reserves the right not to not give the photos to the Client.

No unretouched photos will be distributed without the Photographer's watermark.

​

The Photographer agrees to process the photographs in accordance with the rules of the art and to make any necessary corrections.
Once the final photos are paid for and submitted, the Client becomes the owner of their image.
The files of the photos taken during the service will be kept by the Photographer who owns them and holds the copyright in accordance with the provisions of the Property Code intellectual.

The Photographer can therefore use them for his portfolio and on his social networks.
